August 11, 2009 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: Robert Gentner, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to accept Joe Williams’ resignation from Council as presented. Motion carried. MOTION to appoint Bob Knowlton as acting Pro-Tem. Motion carried.

MOTION to Table 11.5 Garage Door – DPW until more investigation into storage possibilities is completed. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 1. Motion carried.

August 25, 2009 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Robert Gentner, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to Table 10.2 Fire Department until more information is available. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve amending Resolution 09-02 to allow for the change in finance charges.

Roll Call: Ayes: 6, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the parade and run permit as submitted by St. Mary’s Church. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve Traffic Control Orders No. 100 and No. 101 as presented by Chief Sheldon.

Motion carried.

MOTION to approve renting a safety deposit box at Chemical Bank at a cost of $35.00 per year.
