Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Robert Gentner, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to approve the agenda as amended. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the November 24, 2009 minutes. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve Christmas bonus checks for employees in the same amounts as last year. Roll Call: Ayes: 6, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

MOTION to post Board vacancy. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 6, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.
