Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Joe Williams, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, and Robert Knowlton.

MOTION to have the Zoning Committee meet to open and qualify the bids for the 127 W. Mason Street demolition and to bring a report back to the Council. Motion carried.

MOTION to Table Section 125 Plan Resolution until all documents are received. Motion carried.

MOTION to upgrade the TDS Internet connection for two years. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.

July 28, 2009 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Joe Williams, Robert Gentner, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to award the demolition bid for 127 W. Mason Street to Fisher Gravel & Demolition providing they clarify that they will backfill the site and can furnish proof of current liability and worker’s compensation insurances. Roll Call: Ayes: 7, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

MOTION to Table upgrade of clerk’s computer. Motion carried.

MOTION to appoint Beth Andrus and Holly Chard to another term on the DDA Committee. Motion carried.
