MOTION to accept the 2008/2009 Financial Statements as presented by Demis & Wenzlick, P.C.

Roll Call: Ayes: 7, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

MOTION to accept the auditor’s Comments and Recommendations letter as presented.

Roll Call: Ayes: 7, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

J. Williams left meeting at 6:45 p.m. due to another commitment.

MOTION to accept the request for the Homecoming Festival Parade Permit. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 6, Nays: 0, Absent: 1. Motion carried.

MOTION to instruct Gormley to draft a resolution approving Section 125 Plan for employee health insurance deductions. Motion carried.
