MOTION to approve the Resolution Resolving the Variance Request for 115 E. Mason.

Roll Call: Ayes: 6, Nays: 0, Absent: 1. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 6, Nays: 0, Absent: 1. Motion carried.

May 26, 2009

Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Joe Williams, Robert Gentner, Kevin Garey,

Robert Knowlton and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to not open revised demolition bids until we have authority from the court to move forward with the demolition. Motion carried.

MOTION to have Phyllis Dickerson replace Calvin Drake in cleaning Village Hall for $25.00 a month.

Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 1, Abstain: 1. Motion carried.

MOTION to ask employees if they want to meet and then go forward with Section 125 Plan discussion or not. Motion carried.
