MOTION to approve the October 27, 2009 minutes. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the Resolution Approving Installation Purchase of a Qualified Tax Exempt Obligation. Roll Call: Ayes: 4, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the President Pro-Tem and the Clerk as additional authorized alternative signers for Village of Morrice checks. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 4, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.

November 24, 2009 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Robert Gentner, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to approve the agenda as amended. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the November 10, 2009 minutes. Motion carried.

MOTION to renew the Gannett Directory advertisements at a yearly cost of $964.00.
