October 13, 2009 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: Robert Gentner, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to approve agenda as amended. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the September 22, 2009 minutes. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve Halloween hours as 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 31st. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 1. Motion carried.

October 27, 2009 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Robert Gentner, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to approve the agenda as amended. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the October 13, 2009 minutes. Motion carried.

MOTION to purchase and install, for the DPW garage, a 14’ x 11’ steel door from Gabbard Overhead Door at a cost of $2,079.00. Motion carried.
