September 8, 2009 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Robert Gentner, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to have Clerk draft a letter of support for Perry Township’s proposed recreation plan. Motion carried.

 MOTION to approve applying for a Chemical Bank credit card using the procedure defined in Resolution #07-09. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the Crop Walk Permit as presented by Morrice United Methodist Church. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 6, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

September 22, 2009 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Robert Gentner, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to meet with Chief Hubbard before the next Council meeting to work out details of an agreement between the Village and the Fire Department. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the High School Homecoming Parade Permit as presented. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve giving Chief Sheldon authority to sign the Mutual Aid Agreement. Motion carried.
