April 27, 2010 – Regular Meeting

and H. Dickerson.
MOTION to approve agenda. Motion carried.
MOTION to approve 04/13/10 minutes. Motion carried.
MOTION to reduce outstanding amount due for Invoice #1254 to $250.00 to be paid within (3) three months. Roll Call: Ayes: 6, Nays: 0, Absent: 1. Motion carried.
