February 11, 2010 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Robert Gentner, Tom Cameron, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to hire Ian Zoll to fill part-time Police Officer position. Roll Call: Ayes: 7, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve Resolution 10-01 approving Section 125 Salary Reduction Premium Plan. Roll Call: Ayes: 7, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

MOTION to continue taking rental reservations for the Senior Center for the year 2011.

Motion carried.

MOTION to allow President Dickerson to ask SCOA for funding for the Senior Center for the next three years. Roll Call: Ayes: 7, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 7, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

February 23, 2010 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Robert Gentner, Tom Cameron, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to open the Public Hearing for discussion regarding the 2010 – 2011 Budget.

Motion carried.

MOTION to close the Public Hearing. Motion carried.

MOTION to renew Blue Cross Blue Shield Community Blue Plan 14 and to appoint MML as our agent. Roll Call: Ayes: 6, Nays: 0, Absent: 0, Abstain: 1. Motion carried.

MOTION to amend the 2009 – 2010 Budget as presented. Roll Call: Ayes: 7, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the 2010 – 2011 Budget as presented including a $3,000.00 amendment to the Homecoming Fund. Roll Call: Ayes: 7, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.
