January 12, 2010 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: Nina Jennings, Robert Gentner, Kevin Garey, Christine Williams, Robert Knowlton, and Bob Dickerson.

MOTION to approve the agenda as amended. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the December 22, 2009 minutes. Motion carried.

MOTION to take “Unfinished Business – Council Vacancy” out of order. Motion carried.

MOTION to appoint Tom Cameron to fill vacant Council seat. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 1,

Absent: 0. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay fee for Board members who wish to attend the Annual Perry/Morrice Chamber Dinner. Roll Call: Ayes: 6, Nays: 1, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 7, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. Motion carried.

January 26, 2010 – Regular Meeting

MOTION to form a committee to gather information regarding feasibility of a “Fight Night”. Motion carried.
