May 18, 2010 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present:  T. Cameron, K. Garey, C. Williams, R. Knowlton, and H. Dickerson.

MOTION to approve a selling price for the old police car and to grant Chief Sheldon permission to negotiate to a percentage of that price. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the Fireworks Display Permit for the Homecoming Festival. Motion carried.

MOTION to have Attorney Gormley draw up a preliminary working agreement between the Village and Morrice Lions Club. Motion carried.

MOTION to post vacant Main St. Village property with a “For Sale by Owner” sign and to sell all three lots together. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.

May 25, 2010 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: N. Jennings, T. Cameron, K. Garey, R. Knowlton, and H. Dickerson.

MOTION to appoint Lisa Haring to the DDA Board. Motion carried.

MOTION to appoint Tina Lickfeldt to the DDA Board. Motion carried.
