November 8, 2011 – Regular Meeting
Council Members Present: R. Gentner, M. Schneider, T. Cameron, K. Garey, C. Williams.
MOTION to approve agenda. Motion carried.
MOTION to approve 10/25/11 minutes. Motion carried.
MOTION to have a Phase 1 assessment done at Lions Park property and to award bid to
AMEC-BCI for $1,900.00. Roll Call: Ayes: 3, Nays: 2, Absent: 2. Motion carried
MOTION to Table road repair including Walker Drive. Motion carried.
MOTION to consider proposal for extra compensation for all parties involved in EVIP work. Motion carried.
MOTION to Table canceling December 27th meeting. Motion carried.
MOTION to pay bills as presented. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay Treasurer $10.00 per hour additional compensation for hours needed to complete EVIP requirements. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.
MOTION to cancel December 27th Council meeting. Motion carried.
MOTION to accept resignations of R. Knowlton and K. Garey. Motion carried.
MOTION to approve Traffic Control Order #102 as presented. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0,
Absent: 2. Motion carried.
MOTION to appoint R. Gentner to Pro-Tem position. Motion carried.
MOTION to appoint M. Schneider as Street Administrator. Motion carried.
MOTION to approve C. Williams as a check signer for Village checking accounts. Motion carried.
