Public Hearing opened - Petition for Zoning Variance. No public comments. Hearing closed.

Public Hearing opened - Amendment to Zoning Ordinance. No public comments. Hearing closed.

MOTION to approve Zoning Variance Request for 208 E. First St. – Timothy Embury. Motion carried.

MOTION to adopt Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance as presented. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.

MOTION to pay the bills. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.

June 22, 2010 – Regular Meeting

Council Members Present: N. Jennings, T. Cameron, C. Williams, R. Knowlton, and H. Dickerson.

MOTION to accept the 2009/2010 Financial Statements as presented by Demis & Wenzlick, P.C. Motion carried.

MOTION to accept the Comments and Recommendations letter as presented by Demis & Wenzlick, P.C. Roll Call: Ayes: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 2. Motion carried.

MOTION to approve the Homecoming Festival Parade Permit as presented. Motion carried.
